Photosensitive Single-mode Fiber (PSF)
Description
Photosensitive fiber
is highly photosensitive to UV radiation. Its core is intrinsically
photosensitive allowing gratings to be written without hydrogenation. The fiber
is designed to reduce grating-written time associated with industry-standard
telecomunication fiber. The photosensitive fiber saves cost for grating-writing
because customers can write highly repeatable, quality gratings in a short
time.
