Idealphotonics' 852nm DFB laser diode is a cost-effective, high-coherence laser light source. The DFB laser diode chip is packaged in an industry-standard 14-pin butterfly package with built-in TEC and PD. Our specialized design is suitable for operation at room temperature. Our diodes have good performance at 20℃-30℃.
