American EOT high-speed photodetector (InGaAs/Si/GaAs) 830/1300/2000nm

Xiaoxiao Photon Company acts as an agent for EOT (Electro Optics Technology) in the United States. The entire product line of EOT's amplified photodetectors includes PIN photodiodes that convert optical power into current using the photovoltaic effect, and fixed gain transimpedance amplifiers that allow measurement of input power<1 mW. When connected to a 50 Ω resistor on an oscilloscope, the pulse width of the laser can be measured. When connected to a 50 Ω resistor of a spectrum analyzer, the frequency response of the laser can be measured. The amplified photodetector of EOT comes with its own wall mounted power supply. The coaxial cable is inserted into the SMA or BNC output connector of the photodetector and connected to a 50 Ω oscilloscope or spectrum analyzer to operate.
