The pulse semiconductor laser module of LD-PD is a 905nm InGaAs/GaAs strain quantum well laser tube that can be driven separately in the 45A version. The laser has a current injection width of 200 microns and a chip height of 10-480 microns. We now offer 9mm packaging, 5mm packaging, and 18F fiber coupling packaging for laser diode packaging design and assembly processing technology. The rise and fall time of quantum well laser design is less than 1ns, but the driving circuit layout and packaging inductance play a dominant role and should be designed accordingly.

Ultra short nano pulse seed laser driver is an ideal choice for driving 14 pin butterfly packaged laser modules, suitable for applications with pulse widths less than 1ns. All other required voltages are generated on the circuit board through efficient power conversion. The driver provides a bidirectional proportional integral derivative controller (PID) thermoelectric cooler controller (TEC) with a current of 3A and a voltage of 4.2V. The DFB laser diode equipped with LD-PD inc 1020-1083nm can achieve ultrafast output with a pulse width of 1-10 ns and a peak power of 300mw.
