1240/1270nm fiber coupled high-power continuous polarization maintaining laser diode (with FBG) 350mW

Innolux offers a wide range of high-power, spatial single-mode laser diode products with a wavelength range of 780-1340nm. These devices can be packaged in 9mm TO can with free space beams, or in single-mode or polarization maintaining (PM) fiber coupled standard 14 pin butterfly packages. The laser module with PM fiber provides a polarization extinction ratio (PER) typically>18dB. Fiber coupled laser diodes can be configured to operate in CW (up to 600mW) or pulse mode, and can be optionally equipped with fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) for spectral stability. The Innolux pulsed laser diode is designed specifically for seeding applications, with a low noise peak optical power of up to 1.2W. The widened spectrum can suppress stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in high-power fiber lasers. Each laser diode product line has undergone a certification process to demonstrate its high reliability. All provided lasers have undergone separate screening procedures and are accompanied by detailed factory inspection reports.

Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) coupled diode laser is a laser system that combines a laser diode with a fiber Bragg grating. FBG is a passive optical component embedded in optical fibers, used as a wavelength selective filter. This choice can effectively reduce and stabilize the output spectrum of the laser. When coupled with a laser diode, the system can achieve precise wavelength control, spectral bandwidth, and stability of laser emission, making it highly suitable for a range of demanding applications.
