Fiber collimator and focusing device 300-5000nm
Fiber collimators and focusing devices can be used to generate collimated beams from fiber outputs, as well as to receive collimated beams and focus them into the fiber. We can provide standard collimator and customized collimator products, fiber comb tail or socket type. We can provide fixed and adjustable collimators and focusing devices to meet different customer applications.

Xiaoxiao Photon's coaxial fiber collimator, also known as an unbiased fiber collimator, cannot be used in plug and play joints or rotating states due to the poor positional accuracy between the optical axis and the mechanical outer circle of conventional fiber collimators, i.e., errors such as positional deviation and angle between the optical axis and the mechanical central axis of the collimator. Unbiased fiber optic collimators are a great solution, as the optical axis is essentially aligned with the mechanical axis, eliminating the need for precise adjustment during pairing. By aligning the outer circles of the two fiber optic collimators, a smaller optical path insertion loss can be achieved. Additionally, the product has good interchangeability, greatly improving installation efficiency and reducing the difficulty of manual adjustment.

635/780/1310/1550nm FC/APC fiber collimator
The fiber collimator of Xiaoxiao Photon is pre aligned to collimate the light emitted from the FC/APC joint fiber and has the ability to restrict diffraction. These fiber optic collimators have no moving parts, are compact in structure, and are easy to integrate into existing devices. Because non spherical lenses produce chromatic aberration, the effective focal length (EFL) is wavelength dependent. The design wavelength refers to the wavelength corresponding to the ideal beam divergence angle. Some collimators at certain design wavelengths have different collimated beam diameters. When connected to a specific single-mode fiber jumper, it can collimate light of the designed wavelength. In addition, both sides of the non spherical lens are coated with anti reflective film to minimize surface reflection (please refer to the anti reflective film curve label). For certain applications, collimators can also be used for other wavelengths within the wavelength range of the anti reflective film. Please refer to the theoretical divergence angle curve of each collimator to determine if it is suitable for your application. The working stability range of these collimators is from -40 ° C to 93 ° C. Please note that these collimators cannot be used in vacuum. 400-1600nm single-mode fiber achromatic collimator
Xiaoxiao Photon's achromatic collimator shapes the divergent beam emitted from the optical fiber, resulting in good collimation and spot shape of the beam within a certain distance range. Each optical surface of the lens group is coated with an anti reflective film to minimize surface reflection. The relative position between the lens and the optical fiber has been precisely adjusted to ensure that the output angle is within the range of 0.3 °. At the same time, standardized manufacturing processes ensure the stability and consistency of the product.
400-1600nm single-mode fiber collimator
The single-mode fiber collimator of Xiaoxiao Photon is precisely positioned and packaged by a fiber tail and a focusing lens, which can convert the outgoing light from the fiber into a parallel beam (Gaussian beam), or focus and couple the parallel light from the outside into the fiber. It can also be used alone to achieve the required size of the light spot at a specific position according to the predetermined divergence angle.

500-1550nm ultra long distance collimating lens
Xiaoxiao Photon's ultra long distance collimation lens can collimate and shape the fiber optic output light into a large spot, suitable for high-power, long-distance transmission, and pulsed laser output. The beam has good collimation effect within the range of use, and the beam has the characteristics of uniform energy, clear edges, and sharpness. When designing, multiple sets of lens series with air gaps are selected to adapt to single and multi-mode optical fibers and large core diameter optical fibers, achieving functions such as telemetry, lighting, and interference.
350-1650nm five dimensional fiber optic collimating mirror
Xiaoxiao Photon's five dimensional fiber optic collimating mirror has five degrees of alignment freedom with its built-in lens when the joint and fiber remain stationary: linear alignment in the X and Y directions, pitch and yaw angle alignment, and simultaneous use of pitch and yaw to adjust the Z-axis. The stroke range in the X and Y directions is ± 0.7mm, the stroke range in the Z direction is>2mm, and the pitch and yaw adjustment range is ± 4 °. This coupling mirror has good structural stability and high coupling efficiency. If the wavelength of the light source is changed, the coupling mirror needs to be fine tuned during use to achieve higher coupling efficiency.
