DFB Mini Laser Module 1550nm 30mW
A current drive and temperature control module for butterfly semiconductor lasers. Its main functions include: controlling the internal temperature of the laser, generating constant current signals to drive the laser, and converting external input voltage signals into current drives. The module has two Max current drive ranges, suitable for lasers of different power sizes (selected through circuit board jumpers).
