Single frequency narrow linewidth laser diode module (633/660/785/830/895/1064/1572nm) 30mW
LDRVMINI is a current drive and temperature control module used for butterfly semiconductor lasers. Its main functions include: controlling the internal temperature of the laser, generating constant current signals to drive the laser, and converting external input voltage signals into current drives. The module has two types of Max Current driven range, suitable for lasers of different power sizes (selected through circuit board jumpers).
1550nm RIO ORION narrow linewidth laser module (light source) 10-30mW
RIO's narrow linewidth laser module has excellent performance and reliability (compliant with Telcordia GR-486 specifications). Clarity NLL is a compact, low-cost laser module that offers high power and extremely narrow linewidth. The laser uses ultra stable gas absorption lines in the feedback configuration to reduce the laser linewidth, indicated as<5KhZ, typically 1-2Khz. This linewidth is useful for any long baseline interferometric sensing application, such as distributed acoustic sensing (DAS), coherent LiDAR, or other applications. To support these applications, the module can also be configured to provide a linear high-speed frequency modulation capability of ± 70 MHz and a bandwidth of 1 MHz. Using standard telecommunications lasers and our own gas batteries can provide reliable and low-cost products to meet the needs of these applications

Clarity PFR continues to provide wavelength reference for the main frequency laser source. This module is designed for small-sized applications that are important, or for applications where the product will be embedded as an OEM component in the customer's product. The frequency of the laser has an accuracy of ± 0.1pm and can be sorted at several wavelengths within the range of 1300nm to 1610nm. Please consult the factory for availability.
