The CVB 450-TO56R laser diode module is a 450 nm GaN laser diode packaged in a 3-pin coaxial format. The laser diode is optically coupled with a 200/230/500um fiber tail. The device includes an anti-static (ESD) protection diode. The CVB 450-TO56R laser diode module is designed specifically for non cooled optical metrology applications that require pulsed light power. CVB 450-TO56R complies with RoHS standards.

1064nm pulsed DFB laser diode
Innolux, a German company, offers a wide range of high-power spatial single-mode laser diode products, suitable for any wavelength in the 780nm to 1340nm range. Optional TO-9 (9mm) free space optical output package, or standard 14 pin butterfly package tail fiber output (single-mode tail fiber, polarization maintaining tail fiber are both optional). The polarization extinction ratio (PER) of laser diodes output by polarization maintaining tail fibers (PM) is usually>18dB. These fiber coupled laser diodes can be configured to operate in CW (up to 600mW) or pulse mode, and can optionally be equipped with a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) version for spectral stabilization. The German Innolux pulsed laser diode is designed specifically for seed source applications, with a low noise peak optical power of up to 1.2W. The widened spectrum can suppress stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in high-power fiber lasers. Each laser diode product line has undergone certification procedures to demonstrate high reliability. All provided lasers have undergone separate screening procedures and are accompanied by detailed factory inspection reports.
