Linear modulation current laser diode driver
The linear modulation laser diode driver provides linearly controlled laser current through an external modulation voltage signal. It is an ideal choice for driving light emitting diodes (LEDs) and laser diodes (LDs) without photodiodes. The laser current range is 0~80mA. In the case of high modulation signal voltage, adjustable current limiting will protect our laser diode.
