Our single wavelength detector alleviates these two limitations by using narrowband and efficient upconversion techniques, as well as low-noise silicon-based detectors. All of this is done in our plug and play detector module, where infrared signals are mixed with our high-power pump laser to produce almost visible signals that can be detected by various high response silicon-based detectors. If you don't need ultra-low signal detection, we also offer broadband solutions that reduce efficiency but allow your broadband source to enter the range of high-speed and low-noise mid infrared detectors.
