Xiaoxiao Photon's ultra short picosecond pulse seed laser driver is an ideal choice for driving 14 pin butterfly packaged laser modules, suitable for applications with pulse widths less than 1ns. Applications include material processing, time-resolved spectroscopy, LIDAR, etc. The driving circuit is provided by a single 5V power supply. All other required voltages are generated on the circuit board through efficient power conversion. The driver provides a bidirectional proportional integral derivative controller (PID) thermoelectric cooler controller (TEC) with a current of 3A and a voltage of 4.2V. Equipped with LD-PD inc 1020-1083nm DFB laser diode, it can achieve ultra fast output with a pulse width of 60ps and a peak power of 300mw.
