HgCdTe MCT Balanced/Auto Balanced Infrared Detection Module 2.9-5.5 µ m 1.8 MHz
NIPM-I-5 is an infrared detection module designed specifically for differential optical signal detection. The device can operate in both balanced and automatic balancing modes. This detection module uses two independent detectors based on HgCdTe heterostructures. These IR detectors (signal and reference) are precisely matched to achieve a very high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). NIPM-I-5 is designed to operate in systems where the excess noise of the laser exceeds the basic noise of the detector.
